Police are Committing Treason on Black People: Did you know that a Supreme Court Judge ruled in the case Kolender v. Lawson (461 U.S. 352, 1983) that a police officer could not arrest a citizen merely for refusing to present identification? The biggest issue with our people when dealing with crooked Police operatives, Judges, Magistrates, Attorneys, Esquires et cetera is most Black people are handicapped from lack of knowledge of law. Nevertheless, this ignorance is by design and from lack of self-study, so let us correct this ignorance and start teaching our people.
The most common misconception when encountering a COP(Constable On Patrol) is that you must waive all your rights and allow them to violate you. However, this could not be further from the truth because the LAW applies to everyone as confirmed by the court case Owen v. Independence, 100 S.C.T. 1398, 445 US 622 “Officers of the court have no immunity, when violating a Constitutional right, from liability. For they are deemed to know the law. All Judicial officers who are citizens of the United States must abide by the Constitution as they took an Oath that can be verified by reading Title 8 U.S. Code § 1448 – Oath of renunciation and allegiance Section (A) states that all citizens must abide by the Constitution in order to be a citizen period, no exceptions . Otherwise, they are to be tried and convicted and serve a Life sentence or death this is codified by Title 18 U.S. Code Section 241 Conspiracy Against Rights.
The conflict we endure stems from intentionally being stripped of our past, consequently history and law go hand-in-hand.
Black people, our ancestors the Iroquois Confederate Mores set up this government as we helped the Europeans write the United States Constitution in 1791. This is why the Preamble to the Constitution reads “we the people adopt this Constitution for a more perfect “UNION”, a union is a league meaning two or more entities coming together. Contrary to popular opinion Native American Iroquois Indians were not just straight hair red-skinned Hollywood stereotype version of an Indian with feathers on a headdress. They had wooly hair, broad noses and dark skin. Christopher Columbus wrote in his Diaries while sailing to America, he confessed that the Indians, he saw upon his arrival had dark skin, wooly hair like a Negro from Africa.
With that being said always remember your rights cannot and should not be violated by no Police Officer.
In fact, if you have not committed a crime the Cops have no authority to detain you and search your automobile ruled by the Supreme Court in State v. Carty, 170 N.J. 632, 790 A.2d 903 (2002), the court held that, under the state constitution, “in order for consent to search a “motor vehicle” and it’s occupants to be VALID, LAW ENFORCEMENT personnel must have a reasonable and articulable suspicion of CRIMINAL wrongdoing”. This means if no crime has been committed you do not have to consent to a search. Furthermore, CRIME means there is a victim a “Body” an injured party – see the law dictionary definition of “CORPUS DELECTI”.
Do not let the Police lie to you with that crap they pull claiming the “STATE” is the victim that is a lie.
For instance, isn’t it common sense that the state is not a living breathing flesh and blood being so it cannot be injured? Do not allow them to lie and say they can make up a charge as that is illegal by Title 18 U.S. Code § 1001 – False Statements or entries. No policemen can fabricate lies and make a FALSE statement, it is a minimum 5 year prison sentence if they do so. Overstand that a foundation is all we need in law that is what engineers a “LAW-ABIDING CITIZEN” we must begin to study law as the people make government and it is not the other way around.
Never assume this knowledge does not matter or is unimportant, conclusively, I’ll leave you with this fact; Legal Maxim teaches us that “HE WHO DOES NOT ASSERT HIS RIGHTS, HAS NONE”.
